HOW TO: A CALMING TEA FOR A BUSY MIND
FOR relaxation & anxiety
Herbal support for a soothing effect.
This is a tea for those moments when you need a minute to find a little peace and center yourself. You may be feeling overwhelmed or drained - whatever the day has thrown at you, don’t forget to take 5 for yourself whenever you can.
3 Tbsp Lemon Balm
1 Tbsp Chamomile
1 Tbsp Passion flower
1 Tbsp St. John’s wort
Combine all herbs & store in an airtight container (preferably glass) and leave in a cupboard or shelf placed away from direct sunlight.
Make tea by the cup as needed.
2 Tsp per cup, add boiling water then cover & steep for 5-8minutes
