HOW TO: A CALMING TEA FOR A BUSY MIND

Herbal support for a soothing effect.

This is a tea for those moments when you need a minute to find a little peace and center yourself. You may be feeling overwhelmed or drained - whatever the day has thrown at you, don’t forget to take 5 for yourself whenever you can. 

 

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Balm

  • 1 Tbsp Chamomile

  • 1 Tbsp Passion flower

  • 1 Tbsp St. John’s wort 

 

Directions

  • Combine all herbs & store in an airtight container (preferably glass) and leave in a cupboard or shelf placed away from direct sunlight.

  • Make tea by the cup as needed.

  • 2 Tsp per cup, add boiling water then cover & steep for 5-8minutes
