How to make a herbal tincture to support the liver

The liver is one of the largest organs in the body and the only organ that can regenerate itself.

It plays a crucial part in detoxifying the body and filters the blood that comes from the digestive tract before passing that filtered blood to the rest of the body. It’s been said that the liver has around 500 essential tasks throughout the human body so supporting the liver is supporting all those important jobs it has to do.

The healthy function of the liver helps to support your immune, digestive and reproductive system, so its fair to say it’s pretty important.

There are a few things that we can do to help the liver remain functioning at its best, including maintaining a diet that is mindful to inflammation in the body, reduce or limit toxic substances like alcohol and drugs and using herbs that can help encourage liver health.

Try the below herbal tincture to add into your weekly or monthly routine.
